Day 23 → Something you wish you had done in your life.
I wish I would have traveled more when I was younger. Maybe stayed in college and studied abroad like my sister. Worked my butt off to travel the U.S. and road trip with some friends. I feel like I haven't traveled or been around the world. Brian traveled everywhere when he was young and I can't wait to do that with our family.

- I made this blog back in October 2011 to document my fitness journey. I had just gotten divorced and needed to spend time concentrating on me for a change. As you can see... I fell off the blogger wagon but did not fall off the fitness wagon. In July 2014 I hit my smallest weight loss mark at 167. I have since trained and completed a half marathon in November 2013. Recently I have been asked to share my journey so I'm going to start back up to blogging my successes, triumphs, achievements and if I am able to push even one other person to better their life I know all the blood, sweat and tears were worth it. If you want to change your life.. I hope you will read this, be inspired and make the changes to be a better you! I got married in June 2014 and eased off on my cardio grind and have focused on gaining muscle. I am now beginning the road to the figure stage and hoping to compete in June 2015!
